This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued by Toppered Tech (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and it governs the manner in which we collect, process, use, maintain, and disclose information collected from users (“you,” “your,” “Parent,” “Student,” or “User”) of our services, including our website, mobile applications, in-home tuitions, and online classes (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Services, enrolling in our academic programs, or providing personal data in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you are advised to refrain from using our Services.
Collection of Information
Toppered may collect personal and academic information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when a Parent or Student registers for classes, communicates with our representatives, fills out forms on our website, interacts with our tutors, or otherwise engages with the Services provided by the Company. This information may include, but is not limited to, the Student’s full name, age, school name, grade or academic level, prior academic records, learning preferences, and any medical or behavioral details shared voluntarily by the Parent or legal guardian. Information may also include the Parent’s full name, phone number, email address, residential address, and any other information deemed necessary for the provision of our Services.
Furthermore, we may collect technical information about your usage of our website, such as the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device, browser type, operating system, referring web page, pages visited, and access times, through standard website analytics or cookies. Such data is collected solely to improve the user experience and shall not be used to personally identify individuals unless linked with personal data voluntarily submitted.
Use of Collected Information
The information collected by Toppered shall be used for the primary purpose of providing and improving the delivery of educational Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and maintenance of student profiles, customizing learning plans, managing class schedules, recording academic progress, facilitating communication between Parents and tutors, and maintaining internal records for quality assurance purposes. Information may also be used to respond to inquiries, process payments, send administrative updates, deliver notices regarding changes to our policies or programs, or provide information related to academic performance.
Toppered is committed to supporting academic excellence and offers its services with the goal of improving student performance. However, the Company makes no unconditional guarantees or warranties regarding specific academic outcomes. The extent of academic improvement is subject to various factors, including the Student’s individual learning ability, behavioral discipline, consistency in attending sessions, completion of assigned work, and physical or mental health conditions. The Company, therefore, reserves the right to use academic performance data solely for progress tracking and service optimization purposes and disclaims any liability for non-attainment of projected results where external influencing factors are present.
Legal Basis for Processing
Toppered processes personal information on the legal basis of (a) consent provided voluntarily by the Parent or Student, (b) performance of a contract where the data is necessary for the execution of tuition services, (c) the legitimate interest of the Company to improve its educational offering and customer experience, and (d) compliance with applicable legal obligations. Parents and Students may withdraw their consent at any time where consent is the basis of processing, although this may limit the Company’s ability to provide or continue certain Services.
Data Security and Retention
Toppered undertakes reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the information collected. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only by authorized employees, subject to confidentiality obligations. We ensure that all tutors and staff are trained on data protection practices and handle data responsibly.
The Company retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated herein unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon termination of services, you may request the deletion of your data, and the Company shall comply within a reasonable time, except where retention is legally mandated or necessary for legitimate business interests, such as record-keeping and conflict resolution.
Disclosure of Information
Toppered does not sell, trade, lease, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for commercial gain. However, we may disclose information to third parties under the following limited circumstances: (a) when required to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or legal processes; (b) when disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Toppered, its employees, tutors, clients, or the public; (c) when disclosure is necessary to fulfill the educational objectives, such as informing tutors of specific academic or behavioral needs, provided that such disclosure is restricted to relevant personnel only; and (d) when you have given explicit written consent to such disclosure.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to access, review, correct, or request deletion of personal information held by Toppered. You also have the right to object to certain types of processing or to request that your data be transferred to another service provider. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the Company via the contact details provided below. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any such request and may decline the request where permitted by law.

Protection of Minors
